On our site, you will find memoranda and general information to help you determine your needs, and better yet, we offer a document generating service that quickly produces legal documents to fit your needs.

Below is a list of our current “form families.” To learn more about the process for any of these families, click on one of the links below. We are currently developing additional form families to cover a host of legal issues faced by small businesses.  If your needs are not addressed below, please contact one of our attorneys.

To get started using our Legal Document Generator service, please complete and return the applicable retainer agreement. We offer “all-inclusive” packages for form families, or you may order only what you need “a la carte” in your retainer agreement. Rest assured that your forms will be reviewed by a Red Mountain Law attorney to ensure that your needs are met.

Once we receive your completed retainer agreement and payment, we will provide you with a login ID and password, and you can then submit the information we need to unlock the applicable questionnaire(s) and get you the document(s) you need.

While several of our business clients prefer this online service and approach, many prefer the more traditional approach of working directly with our attorneys and staff.
